As a songwriter and producer, Christian’s unique skill sets are nothing less than an extension of his daily conversation. Lyrically, he paints metaphoric pictures that translate the emotional tug of wars experienced in life and love. The music itself is the canvas that these pictures are painted on. It’s through this ability that Sly Doggie Productions is able to help artists better tell their personal stories through song. At  the helm of Sly Doggie Productions sits Florida born Christian Davis (aka Christian Stalnecker) – singer, songwriter, producer, father, and husband. Christian, who sold almost 500,000 records as an artist himself, comes from a family steeped in music. The family’s notoriety began with his grandmother, Dr. Bette Stalnecker who was the first woman to be inducted into the Gospel Hall of Fame. Later, his mother and father met while touring the country, working respectively as a background singer and musician for many national recording acts.  By age 3, Christian - along with his parents - traveled and performed throughout the Southern Bible belt as “The Stalneckers.” Literally living on a tour bus for most of his youth, Christian signed a record deal as a solo artist at the age of 16. Backed by Babylon records, he toured the country alongside such artists such as Christina Aguilera, Destiny’s Child, Youngstown, and Backstreet Boys. In addition to significant record sales and sold out tours, many of his solo recordings were also featured in films like LITTLE NICKY, SAVING LONDON, and the ARISTOCRATS, to name a few.

By 2002, Christian reunited with his dad by moving to Los Angeles. While there, he started working on creating a new sound for himself. Through his journey of self  rediscovery, he created an industry demand for his production and writing skills. In collaboration with several talented musicians, writers, and producers he created Sly Doggie Productions.
